are a gang of old friends who have been involved in the Toledo music scene for
twenty+ years.. Madison Avenue is a ten-piece band including our three piece
horn section. This is the real-deal.. No sequencers and dance loops
allowed!
Madison
Avenue is well known for cranking out high energy rock-rhythm and blues. Our
specialty is re-arranging popular radio hits in a way that is fun for the
audience to discover them -and in a way that makes it more challenging for us to
perform them. We specialize in classics from the 70's and 80's but we also
cover some of today's current hits (no obscure 'B-sides' in our line-up.. check
out our set list here). We guarantee a packed
dance floor!

Avenue keeps our energy on stage because we don't burn out.. We only take the act out once/month to
party with our friends. Between shows, we spend our time in the studio on new
material. Our sound on stage is exceptional because
we've invested in nothing but the finest equipment - it sounds like a very
expensive stereo system... What's important to us is that our audience can
enjoy an evening with the band without being deafened by the sound system.
